The history sidebar does not remember its history sort order in new windows (at
least with history grouped by "none"--not by day or by site). It should be
persisted.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open history sidebar and click on a column to sort by that value
2.open a new browser window
3.Open history sidebar in new window
Actual Results: The history sidebar in the new window is sorted by title no
matter what.
Expected Results: The history sidebars should all remember and persist the sort
order that you set.

uhm, I wrote these as separate bugs because one of them is for the sidebar, and
one is for the history window.

Okay, as long as you're sure the sidebar and history window problems are just
one bug....
