upon first display of www.lp.org, image (on right side column by "Are you a
Libertarian?") shows a white area where it should be transparent and upon this
and subsequent loops, the top and left quadrants go missing for "Authoritarian"
frame; the image displays properly at all times in IE; I've had problem also
confirmed on Win2k, but apparently there's an image error on one
frame; the reported "first-load white flash" abnormality doesn't appear with RH 7.1

This sounds similar to (if not a dupe of) Bug 78114 - Mozilla merges background
chunk of first frame in transparent animated gif.
Anyway, I see transparency throughout the whole deal on Linux. I do see the
missing quadrants problem, though. Trunk build 2001071721.

I have been trying to attach a file that also reproduces this problem to no
avail. But, I was able to reproduce with the image that was shown with 0.94 on
redhat 7.1

The white background on the first frame is bug 78114, but the authoritarian
frame issue is bug 22607.
Marking dup.
