Adds signed off sv-SE to multilocale builds of Firefox 25.

Please add sv-SE to mozilla-aurora/mobile/android/locales/maemo-locales to include it in the multi-locale APK for Firefox 25.

We've been planning on getting this into 25. As long as this is added in central and aurora before migration day, I'm fine, but I don't want this to miss 25.

This is one of the things that just doesn't land on central, as ga-IE isn't working on central.
