Description:
After locking a SIM card, the message about the SIM is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Open "Settings" from the home screen
2) Navigate to "SIM security"
3) Toggle SIM PIN "ON"
4) Create a "SIM PIN" code
5) Restart the device
6) Enter incorrect SIM PIN 3 times to see the "PUK" code message 
7) Tap the "X" to close the Security SIM page and enter to the main screen
8) Open the "notification bar"

Actual:
The locked screen message is truncated

Expected:
All message fits on the notification bar

It's "Откључајте SIM картицу да бисте омогућили контролу трошкова." That could be shortened to "Откључајте SIM картицу за контролу трошкова."

Let's reduce the font size to 5.25pt.  Tested it out and it fixed nicely with the text "Откључајте SIM картицу за контролу трошкова." Thanks!
