Description:
When user is listening to the Music App and starts up the FM radio App to listen to an FM radio station, the Music App continues playing while the FM Radio App is playing

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20130906040204
2) Tap Settings App
3) Enable USB Storage 
4) Import Song from workstation to device
5) Tap Home button on device
6) Swipe left on device
7) Tap Music App
8) Tap imported song
9) Tap Play button
10) Tap Home button on device
11) Swipe right on device
12) Tap FM radio App
13) Plug in headset on device
14) Select valid FM frequency 
15) Tap Play button

Actual:
FM radio and Music App plays simultaneously

Expected:
FM radio plays and Music App is paused/stopped

No, this is not related to bug 913312 and is a duplicate with Bug 862899.
