Create a Node based web service for use by the Webmaker Profile App.
I know this is starting to happen, based on Gavin's demo on Friday.  I'd like to get Jon, among others, involved as early as possible in the design and implementation of this.  Gavin, as you have something to show, can you please toss github URLs in here for review/comment?
