On some sites, inline JPEG images do not load. Right clicking on the blank space
where the image should be and selecting "View Image" will allow the JPEG to be
displayed in the browser by itself.

However, on some other sites (http://www.fernie-estreet.com/), the inline JPEG
images display just fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL above
2. See image missing
3. Right click on blank space, choose "View Image" to see the JPEG.

Actual Results:  could not see the JPEG image. Could see the blank space that
was the same size as the image.

Expected Results:  See the jpeg image inline

This problem can be resolved by changing the Image Blocking prefs from "Accept 
images that come from the original server only" to "Accept all images"

This issue did not occur in 0.9.1, so I am not sure if it was a bug then that 
has been fixed, or is a bug now.

I'm not sure what changes there have been in this area since 0.9.1, but it
sounds like moz is doing the right thing now.
