Details

* Now that new and improved tags have shipped, let's tag all the teaching kits currently on webmaker.org/teach with the appropriate Web Literacy Standard tags    

* The tags to use are documented here: https://etherpad.mozilla.org/Teaching-kit-tags

* Laura: can you take this on?
Thanks, Matt! I'd just flag that while the competencies are 95% likely to stay the same as they appear on that etherpad, 'Web Mechanics' is currently under review.

We'll have everything locked down by 1st October. :-)
current /teach is tagged. Mozteach/NWP/Michelle makes – I removed the tags from the display page, as discussed. Everything is tagged in the backend, but users tbx and ccantrill still have tags on the display page. I figured it's no big deal, especially as we'll be swapping content out soon (i guess).
