915051 - Trying to save audio from an opus media stream fails with error saving audio

1. Go to http://mozilla.github.io/qa-testcase-data/webapi/mediarecorder/index.html
2. Select setup under setup opus stream for media recorder
3. Select start on input & output media controls
4. Hard press the output media controls
5. Select save audio

Expected

Real-time media streams can't be saved, so the save audio dialog should never appear in the first place.

Actual

Error saving audio toast is seen. What should happen here instead is that we never have the ability to save audio for a real-time stream.

Actually I'm wrong here - this is actually bug 915137
