When the <pre> content is larger than the available space, it is cut.

There isn't a visible horizontal scrollbar until we hover over it.

Before the redesign the pages where larger and had a minimal width, so this didn't appeared on most page.

Now a lot of pages show this problems: the default size is smaller and we can lower it much more (which is a good thing but needs to adapt our content). There is no way to be able to adapt the pages in less than 2-3 months, so we need to find a way to tell the user he needs to horizontally scroll.

What is our goal with this ticket? What are we looking to add/code?
It is one of the numerous in-content things we have to fix before the real launch.

Pre elements shouldn't have overflow -- the full code should always display. Where is this happening now?
I have no idea what to do with this. Users can hide columns to see all of the code. We can't really detect this overflow, so... ? Ideas? What is desired here?
