Per Sandip in bug 914691: Minimum Expected Benchmark for AppList Scrolling is 55 FPS.

Per qualcomm's testing, the applist scroll FPS no longer has a v1.1 regression. Previous 1.1 FPS was 53 fps, current performance is 54 fps.

Can this be improved? Should we expect better performance from 1.2 (55 fps or higher)?
We're still working on performance, including scrolling, and we are aiming for 60 fps as the goal. We just closed this bug because it was a 1.2 blocker.
