bigest frame) is at the botom of the Page. The Top of the Page is empty, but it
schould be at the top. This page works with Netscape 4.x, Opera and MS-IE.

Actually, we seem to have gotten quite a few bugs reports about this site; we
should send this to evangelism instead of just marking it a dupe of an invalid bug.
