There were "ventelo" and "telenor" default APN settings after update the build until 20130911040201. It only has one "custom" item in Data setting.

After this backout https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/8b15a3359fc30f3703808763e976cfcab3812724 everything is supposed to work nice again.
