Attachment: Device does not send file via Bluetooth after pressing OK button

Description:
After user chooses media(pic or music) to share via Bluetooth,selects device to share with and pressing "OK" button - nothing happens.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20130911040201
2) Pair 2 devices
3) Go to Gallery or Music app
4) Select single Picture or single song and select share via Bluetooth.
5) Select Bluetooth device to share with
6) Press "OK" button 
7) Observe what happens

Actual:
Nothing happens - user still on a same "select Bluetooth device" screen with "OK" button on a bottom and no file is transferred between devices.

Expected:
Request to share file prompt appears,and user is able send file to paired device.

I don't understand this comment. Can you clarify then what the bug is here exactly?

Seems like a dup of bug 914112 and bug 910140. Please verify it again after bug 910140 is landed. Thanks.
