Attention Netscape 6 and Mozilla Users!
Netscape Navigator 6 and Mozilla do not presently support the McAfee.com
Activator Plug-in. We are currently working on adapting the plug-in for the new
version of Netscape Navigator and Mozilla. In the meantime, we suggest using
Navigator 4.x or a version of Internet Explorer 4.0 or later.

Mozilla doesn't bundle McAfee.
Mcafee needs to update their code so the plugin works in Mozilla.

doesn't work in mozilla, cut & paste it in ie and things work.

The url works in IE because IE supports Active X, which Mozilla does not.

Just doing some searching around, this bug is no longer the case McAfee does now
support Mozilla/Firefox integration and registration, I've successfully
installed using both.

The McAfee Activator plugin appears to no longer be relevant, and this bug
appears to be moot as Activator is no longer required for any of the Mcafee site
registrations.  Can we consider this one resolved?
