Kats touched APZC in bug 907754 changeset 87eedd56640e. Backing out 87eedd56640e and retesting would be a good first investigation step.

Bug 907754 is the cause of a known visual regression while zooming, and also regressed tcheck2. Bug 912806 is on file to track the issue and I hope to have the fixes landed today or tomorrow.

Ok, I volunteer to check the dashboard in a few days to see if the issue is resolved if no one else does.
