Expected: regular zoom level
actual: it's zoomed in and you can't zoom out normally.  You have to click in a field to get out of that zoom level

Note: 
1. Does not happen on buri : 9/10 build

The zoom in issue doesn't seem to occur any more, it seems to be a scrolling issue now.
