Startup crasher on Nightly with amd64 machines. First appeared in 20130911030258

Reason:
Linux - SIGSEGV
Mac - EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS
Win - EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ
I was able to narrow down my crashes with this signature to the extension "LastTab 3.0t3.1". When disabled, the crashing at start-up stopped happening.
