Prerequisites:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0

Steps to reproduce:
1.As a developer, submit a new app
2.As a reviewer, reject the app
3.As the developer , resubmit the app from "Manage Status" without adding a comment for resubmission

Expected results:
In communication dashboard, we should see a message with a predefined "App resubmitted" title

Actual results
No title for resubmission message and because no comments were added the message displayed in comm dashboard is confusing(like an empty comment)

Verified for original scenario : http://screencast.com/t/uWNemvyAm3

Escalation cleared message is not displayed in communication dashboard after clearing an escalation from reviewer tools.

Also, I am not sure about the other scenarios , so please add some STRs for every case in order to be sure that I will correctly verify all new features

Sorry, the other cases will be handled at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=974680 and will not be a part of this bug.

Only original STR is good.
