Once we have the first pass of the power draw setup going, we need to run through the marionette tests and gather a baseline of power draw data for v1.1 of FxOS.  Then, make a second pass with v1.2 and compare the numbers.

Since we cannot disable the charging circuit on the hamachi device, we cannot use the marionette tests to baseline the power usage.  Instead I will be using a typical usage script and gathering the data manually.
You could measure the power flowing into the USB port and account for that in the test.
