Sometimes i can't seem to longtap the video content to return the "Save Video" link.   no UI appears, and logcat complains:

Repro:
1) install 1.2 Buri nightly; build 20130912040201
2) launch browser, and go to youtube video (ie. m.youtube.com/watch?v=RbeMPR1CdNU&feature=related)
3) long tap the video region
4) Verify no context popup appears to "Save video" option.   Logcat throws errors above

Expected:
- save video option for video

Actual:
- can't save video locally

This was supposed to be for bug 915874, if you got here from the commit message. :)
