Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a tab which requires a client certificate
2. Close firefox
3. Start firefox
4. During session restore, the prompt to select a client certificate appears ("User Identification Request". Choose a certificate, click OK.
Actual results:
Firefox fails to load all tabs
Expected results:
Firefox loads all tabs from the previous session.

I'm not sure if this is due to the client certificate. It might be related to bug 791195.
You get this every time or it's intermittent?

Every startup. I have to dismiss the user identification request without selecting a cert to allow the other tabs to load.
