KunPeng, Camera app will stop recording when you hide it. So, the video is written to sdcard at step 2. So, do you mean the writing does not work??? I had tested it and found the video writing is work with my device. And please tell us the version of your device.

Bug 876782 prevents USB Mass Storage from starting while files are open on a volume being shared with the PC. This bug has landed on both master and b2g18, so you need to make sure that you have this bug included in your tree.
