Details

We're not 100% sure where the addons will be hosted. Let's, instead, link to a MDN page where we will be able to update the page as things go.
Also, we need to add a link to the Adb Addon MDN page.
We need URLs for:

1) global app manager doc
2) troubleshooting
3) configure device
4) simulator addon page
5) adb addon page

I suggest that troubleshooting and configure device go to the global app manager doc.

1) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Using_the_App_Manager
2) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Using_the_App_Manager#Configuring_the_device
3) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Firefox_OS/Using_the_App_Manager#Troubleshooting
4) https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Firefox_OS_Simulator
5) Page to create

We will have to make sure that 4) and 5) emphasize the installation process.
