Current look and feel

It would be really nice if zones could specify a tagline that could appear in the zone header above the subpages of the zone.

I will add a comment momentarily that explains in more detail, with images.

With tagline

And here's a screenshot with a tagline (obviously not styled correctly, but it gives you an idea of what I'm talking about).

By letting us do that, it lets us add a little more "context" to pages, and can be useful for a little promotional "punch". This should be set for an entire zone, and automatically applied to all zone pages' headers.

We can do this, but one complaint we've had is that page headers have been too big.  This will only make them larger.

IMO there's room to do this without actually making the header higher, by sticking it in the existing whitespace under the zone name. However, if this makes everyone freak out, then never mind, I suppose.
