Hurray for save button! The two green buttons look a little weird side by side. I suggest a red save button and a green publish button.

How about blue? Red to me means "error"
we're refactoring the save vs. publish notion so that there's only one button to press, with further details about the action located in the dialog. that refactor makes this issue fall away
