One functionality problem.

STR:
1) Sign in.
2) Select My Makes.
3) Close My Makes.
4) Logout
5) Login

Cause: the sso-ux.js userBar.updateMakes function is calling "delete makesIFrame.onload", but this does not actually deleted the onload handler.

I'm curious as to what we were doing in Popcorn Maker that didn't make this an issue, but this seems fixed. No issues with Popcorn Maker, make editor, wm.org with this patch.
