Francois, is there any sort of Persona debugging page that pollti can visit with Firefox 23 to give us some debugging info? Firefox 23 should definitely work with Persona.

Here's a quick troubleshooting page I put together: https://people.mozilla.org/~fmarier/troubleshoot.html pollti: Could you please load that page and attach a screenshot of it to this bug report? Jon: If you think of any other checks we could add to that page, the source is here: https://github.com/fmarier/persona-troubleshoot

Have you set your Firefox preferences to disable localStorage and/or 3rd party cookies? That could cause the localStorage to appear disabled.
(In reply to Jon Buckley [:jbuck] from comment #5) > Have you set your Firefox preferences to disable localStorage and/or 3rd > party cookies? That could cause the localStorage to appear disabled. 3rd party cookies are allowed. How do I check the localstorage-preference?
I've seen localStorage and sessionStorage disabled through some privacy extensions. Go into "about:config" and make sure that "dom.storage.enabled" is set to "true"
Thank you so much!!! Now it works :)
Excellent! Marking this bug as resolved then :)
