socorro1.stage.db.phx1.mozilla.com alerted again while backups were running (previous Bug 901392).

Being that this is a stage server, should this be paging at all outside of business hours?
Nope, anything that's dev/stage should not be paging anyone on the weekends.
This specifically should not page in that window, as it starts a refresh at 2 am Pacific time. However, we should be paged by noon if that refresh is not complete, so this is an exception to that rule of dev/stage and not paging on weekends.

The reason is that we need enough time to fix any problems before people need to use it, which starts around 1 am Pacific Monday morning - but the stage refresh takes several hours, so we need to know around noon or the afternoon if this procedure fails.
