mvines - could this be a bug on commercial RIL? if not, do you have any ideas where it could be? Trying to figure out who would be a good engineer to talk to on this issue.

Ah, I'm pretty sure this issue was fixed a while ago. Would be best for the reporter to retest with the latest v1.1 AU build, and if any further issues are seen then discuss via SR. So basically POVB.
