The shortcuts are always with Command, and not Control key. However, even if I use Control, commands still don't work: no search window shows. Latest trunk in Mac OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.5.
Ooops, sorry for the noise: Mac OSX issue here ! my apologies (working for me on Win8).
