916754 - Make text above chosen solution less confusing

In the forum it currently says "Chosen solution by cor-el" above a solving reply. That's apparently confusing, and people think that corel chose his own post as solving the issue. Let's remove the "by foo" part.

It may be even better to say "Solution chosen by <username> (or <moderator & name>)the answer from <contributor name>.

This makes it clear where a user has inadvertently marked something, or where a mod has chosen the answer. It still lets contributors see their name displayed as a credit for the solution.

John, I thought about that too, but it doesn't add any value for people reading the thread, and might be confusing itself.
