I tried the ipmi tool and the web interface and none of them worked. The credentials could be wrong. It might have some sort of graphics bustage, could you please look into it as well?

powercycled host. i couldn't see any graphics issue and the resolution is set to 1900x1200. [vle@admin1b.private.scl3 ~]$ fping t-w732-ix-070.wintest.releng.scl3.mozilla.com t-w732-ix-070.wintest.releng.scl3.mozilla.com is alive [vle@admin1b.private.scl3 ~]$ ssh t-w732-ix-070.wintest.releng.scl3.mozilla.com The authenticity of host 't-w732-ix-070.wintest.releng.scl3.mozilla.com (10.26.40.220)' can't be established. RSA key fingerprint is 33:1b:49:22:f9:ea:67:c1:78:a4:ad:f4:86:fb:73:75. Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? [vle@admin1b.private.scl3 ~]$ nc -nz 10.26.17.181 443 Connection to 10.26.17.181 443 port [tcp/*] succeeded! I'm able to log in to the web interface as well. Let me know if issues persist.

The web interface redirects to itself after I try to login. No error message. I also have the issue with t-w732-ix-100.

can you try a different browser? I've confirmed w732-ix-070 works for me, using the mozillaadmin password. w732-ix-100 was having the reported issues too but I was able to get it to work as well.

I'm talking about the "releng" user. Is "mozillaadmin" a different user?

That probably means the releng account has an issue. I grabbed the password from the relops gpg file and updated the user releng on those 2 hosts. Can you try again?
