Underlined link in menu
The top left link of a hover menu (settings, Projects, Tools, ...) is underlined before the user intentionally puts focus on it or hover it. See attachment.

I automagically focus on the first item in a submenu to (1) better allow the user to tab from item to item and (2) allow users to use up and down keys to select items.
