We're seeing this during merge signoff testing for Firefox OS right now. The crash reports we're submitted on B2G to Socorro have been stuck in this state now for greater than 50 minutes. As such, we're having problems actioning critical crash bugs that are being tracked against merge signoff criteria.

We are currently running an urgent analytics job which means that we are behind on insertion and processing. It is 98.9% complete, and once that is finished we should catch up very quickly.

I was just coming in to say, all backlog of raw crashes has been inserted. Some crashes are still being processed but the two you linked above have been done. Should be fully caught up soon.
