The last in the series of "Refactor ALL the things for Proguard" series - there's a bunch of things WebRTC would like us to not delete or rename.

Handily, it seems that the work from Bug 913985 does most of the hard work here - all that is needed is to annotate the entries shown in the attachment for generation and refactor the C++ code to use the generated code.
