Details
Currently, timestamps in mozpool are recorded as localtime of mozpool servers and in some instances localtime to the DB server. Mozpool should be recording all timestamps in UTC regardless of the TZ the underlying system is set to. There is also a need for higher resolution in the timestamp. When multiple event happen all within the same second, they tend to show up out of logical order which causes confusion when staring at device and request logs.
