[Contacts] Passive merging is not working when the contact in the contact list is linked to a FB contact

Master 09/16 build: Gecko-afc0d27 Gaia-84e2d96 PROCEDURE 1. There is one contact in thecontact list with Name, Last Name and Phone Number. 2. Open the contact and tap on 'Link contact' 3. Once logged into FB account and when the FB contact list is shown, select one. 4. Once the contact is linked, go to contact's setting 5. Tap on Import Contacts 6. Select Gmail or Outlook 7. From there import a contact with same Name, Last Name and Phone number than the contact already in the contact list EXPECTED The contact from Gmail/Outlook is imported and merged correctly with the contact already in the contact list ACTUAL The import never finishes. It is necessary to kill the app.
