Attached file Shell testcase
I'm attaching a minimal shell testcase based on the test here: http://www.peacekeeper.therichins.net/test25.html

d8: 1652 ms
SM: 2059 ms

We're not a lot slower but it would be nice if we could make this a bit faster.

On Windows I get:
Chrome 38 - 2450 ms / 535000 op/s
Firefox 32 - 3880 ms / 350000 op/s
Nightly 35 - 1880 ms / 646000 op/s
