Hi Michael! Hoping you can help me out with these updates.  Feel free to re-assign if you're not the right person for this :).

The utility tray needs a couple of updates.  

1. The div line is missing under the first item 
2. The incorrect spinner is used, please updated to the one used in the building blocks (http://buildingfirefoxos.com/building-blocks/progress-and-activity.html)

Let me know if any assets are needed. Thanks!

because of the upcoming settings drawer this fix is no longer needed.
