When accessing http://www.cdnow.com/ using Mozilla, a message appears at the top of the page saying that you might experience problems with the current browser (Mozilla) and that you should download the latest version of Netscape. There is bug 87008, but the comments suggest that it works now. Their server doesn't send proper charset information. As a result, on their Japanes pages one has to choose Shift_JIS manually. Other than that, I can't figure out what the problems would be.
