It's been deleted from the MakeAPI:

I can restore it, but if it got deleted, I'm presuming it got deleted for a reason...

Okay, next time I'll check for that.

Sounds like Makes remain in the Make Editor after they've been deleted from the front end API by the user.

Good to know.

I wonder if there's a better way to mark makes that are deleted by the user so I don't have to check when I stumble upon them. Not too big of a burden for now I suppose.
