I disabled this job b/c it hasn't passed since forever. And testing locally actually hangs and never finishes. This bug is to get the tests working again and re-enable the jenkins job.

Tracked it down to the HTTPretty upgrade was backwards incompatible and caused infinite recursion in our tests. A library downgrade solved the problem. Alexis is working on a patch to HTTPretty to override the change so we can depend on query string args for pattern matching and continue to follow lib updates.

HTTPretty 0.6.4 is out with this patch. I've updated the requirements in https://github.com/mozilla/monolith-aggregator/commit/6a5e5505d67e456088d98f61b1f64bad208b4bdc to reflect this.
