User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.2+)
Gecko/20010720
BuildID: 20010722
starting mozilla with the following command line:
mozilla -chrome http://mess.mozdev.org/mozdev.xul
causes it to start normally, but as it doesn't reconize the mime type it asks
wether to save or use an helper to open the file.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch mozilla with:
mozilla -chrome http://mess.mozdev.org/mozdev.xul
2. press cancel on the dialog that appears
Actual Results: dialog disappeared, mozilla was left running.
Expected Results: mozilla should exit

On windows, there is a viable window shown, with no content or UI, but it can
be quit with X control to terminate the app. On Mac, there is a gray smudge of
a window shown, and the system menu is mozilla's menu, but can't be used to
quit the app; have to force-quit mozilla. On Linux, no window appears anywhere,
and the app must be killed.
[I wish we had grandfathered 'text/xul', but that's an old story]. Nonetheless,
this is pilot error, and it's just not going to be a priority for a while.
