"Check spelling" is currently enabled Click on "Check spelling" - it gets disabled ON THAT FIELD ONLY Actual results: Right click on any other field, Check spelling is still enabled Expected results: Spell checking should be disabled on all fields, and the state saved
What you describe is not our expected behavior. If you would like to disable the spell check you can use about:config and set http://kb.mozillazine.org/Layout.spellcheckDefault as described in the article.
