User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20130814063812 Steps to reproduce: 1) Login to the Pancare Website as an User. 2) Click on Rewards --> GOHC Service Report. 3) Click on any one record. 4) Click on Deactivate Service.

If I understand correctly your summary and STR this is not a bug in Firefox. Did you try this in other browser(Chrome, IE)? If you did and it still doesn't work, please contact Pancare support as the problem is with them. Thank You.
