When creating a new e-mail account, the Account Wizard does not prompt for the SMTP server address in SeaMonkey 2.21, it defaults to using the default SMTP server, both x86 (32-bit) and x86_64 versions.
SeaMonkey 2.20 prompted for this information.

Situation in SM 2.20: Step four in the account wizard is Outgoing Server Information. I can leave the fields Outgoing Server and Outgoing User Name empty and pass on. As result I have a new account which uses the default server. If this account is the first one it hasn't a SMTP server at all.
In SM 2.23 step four shows "Your existing outgoing server (SMTP), "servername", will be used. You can modify outgoing server settings from within Mail & Newsgroups Account settings." Nearly the same text follows for the Outgoing User Name. The final finish page shows the SMTP server used.
