At the bottom of these 'archives' [ Page 2 ] and [ Next ] do not work like they
do in IE. The problem is sumarized at the URL:

http://www.faqts.com/knowledge_base/view.phtml/aid/139/fid/6

" Netscape doesn't conform to RFC 2068 which says in "3.2.1 General Syntax" that
URIs of the form [ ?query ] are valid. "

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. LOAD IE and press URL PAGE 2 or NEXT - fine.
2. LOAD MOZ and press URL PAGE 2 or NEXT - FAIL

Actual Results: Fail

Expected Results: $PHP_SELF variable generates "archives.php" string.
