Test case: http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/send-authentication-basic-cors-not-enabled.htm open() should not throw AFAIK, send() should.

This test is no longer failing because of throwing at the wrong time, but because it throws the wrong exception. That will be fixed when bug 918751 lands, at which point we should be able to close this ticket as well.

As hinted-at in comment 1, this web platform test was fixed by the changes in bug 918751.
