If the request is anonymous, trying to set .withCredentials should throw. Test case: http://w3c-test.org/web-platform-tests/master/XMLHttpRequest/withcredentials-anonymous.htm (Now - the XHR spec change I personally most want to happen is to drop the confusing and superfluous anonymous mode completely, in which case this bug will resolve itself as invalid..)
There were a bunch of other things that should throw related to this. Anyway, wish granted for now.
